My support remains with the Debra Brown's, the Joan Dudley's, and the Roger Hoole's of the world who need only be empowered to the level of District Judge, while Distrct court Judge Denise Lindberg needs to be appointed Supreme Court Justice over the entire land. Does a rational non-tribal person turn a blind eye and simply let this outrageous tribe of religious zealots do what they wish with the children that they brought into the world for their own purposes? Apparently at least the upper level FBI Administation thinks so, otherwise there would have been more arrests made and more raids conducted, and more educating done when the opportunity presented itself. This book put me on the spot as it should do to anyone who reads it.

When you consider that these grown men and women can gladly give their own children away to others as if they were giving away free kittens to a good home, and at the same time think nothing of abandoning a son along side of the road like an unwanted pup, or swap husbands and wives at a moment's notice, then one must conclude that our many matters-of-fact will mean nothing to them.
The industrious FLDS community that is practicing their choice of religion in our very own backyard has the likeness and curious protection of some isolated jungle tribe found in some distant land that ignores the outside world and sticks to its time honored traditions and rituals, no matter what any curious outsiders might think, and as such, they now receive special considerations because they are some sort of study-worthy novelty. Our society has recently made great progress in dealing with the cultic practices of adult Mormon polygamists and with the aid of the findings that are laid out in this seven year report, we will hopefully get to see new, carefully written, legislation that will not only curb the rampant crimminal activity, but educate those who are convinced that there is nothing amiss. The shocking facts that were disclosed in this report need not be shocking to the point of overwhelming hopelessness. I read this book in less than one day due to it's relevance in my world and in short, I found it insightful and educational.
