The following documents must be provided: copies of both the child’s and the legal guardian’s passports, a copy of the child's birth certificate, an official document (copy or original) showing who the legal guardian of the minor is, if someone other than the minor's parent/s. The child’s legal guardian must sign the power of attorney. The power of attorney can be submitted in original or printed copies.įor children under the age of 18, one of the child’s legal guardians must either collect the card on the child’s behalf, or write a power of attorney to allow someone else to collect the child’s residence permit card on behalf of the legal guardian. If someone else collects the card on your behalf, he/she must bring the power of attorney, his/her ID card in original and/or passport, and a copy of the ID page in your passport. If you collect the card by yourself, you will need to bring your passport. I'm sure I will eat my way through the menu, but the first impression was an excellent one. Coupled with good food make this a place one of my "go-to" places here. Free chop sticks are a plus as is the speed of service. I opted for take-out and the container was over stuffed and enough for two adults This dish a bargain at under $10. They use just the right mix of ingredients and serve it up piping hot. Their style is what I came to love from the well known restaurants in Philadelphia's China Town and the surrounding area, where Chinese culture demands excellence. They add shrimp and chicken with sliced fresh vegetables and then mix in a curry that is over the top. The rice noodles were tender and not over cooked. Bei Jing has this complex dish down pact! It is my all time favorite, when prepared correctly. I judge a Chinese restaurant by several criteria, but the best measure is how they prepare Singapore Mai Fun. with the quality, flavor, value and friendly staff. Today I tried a local place, that was recommended by a friend, and has mixed reviews. I have tried many of the Chinese restaurants here at the Beach, and have not found one that passes muster for me.
